OGDENSBURG — Ogdensburg will receive $1.3 million in Restore New York Funding to rehab part of the former Hackett’s Hardware and allow a local businessman to turn it back into a retail store. A proprietary device developed by RRT Alex Grichuhin for use as a lung training tool. With adjustable airflow settings, this device can be used with an incentive spirometer to track lung capacity and build lung strength.
